Good morning to Catheland!!! I just had to post and share my excitement!

My kids and I are headed out the door in about 90 minutes. We're driving to Ohio to visit Lorrie (LSass) and her crew!!! We're spending the next few days there, visiting, touring, playing, working out, and HOPEFULLY doing the Cleveland Half Marathon!!!

My boys are more excited than I am, I believe! LOL

WOO HOO!!!

Lorrie.....the circus is coming to town!!!!! Get your game face on!

Hey sweetness -- shoot - I'm so sorry I missed it when you posted! I'm sure you all are on the road now - sending you safe travel wishes!

I was busy doing all of my prep work for Sparklettes so I missed this earlier. Gotta' share with you all that Gayle is coming to my little drill team practice tomorrow too -- WOOOHOOO! As some of you know I coach 42 little girls and also teach them the names of some of their major muscles that they use when performing their routines. Told them Gayle is a fellow Catheite (they know Cathe as my "muscle coach") and is coming to practice. These little girls cannot WAIT to show off their muscle knowledge tomorrow! HA

We are slated to walk the half with a few other Catheites and my walking buddies from last year's Komen 3-day. Weather looks to be really awful so those plans may chgange - we will keep you all posted!

Ok, while Gayle and her boys (we all can't wait to meet them) are traveling I'd better get busy. Scrub the floors, clean the bathrooms, do the laundry, and of course, prep that workout space. Have a great day all!
