with Coach Sean!! Sorry DH:eek:

I couldn't wait to do CCPP again. Saturday was my first time and I'm hooked. His voice just gives me the tingles}(

Anyhoo, I was very proud of myself for running a 8 1/2 min mile pace for my sprints. I know that is not fast for most of you runners but it really made me feel good. I have always preferred endurance to sprint running but felt it was time to take myself out of my comfort zone. I did the hills at 14% incline with a fast walk pace. I finished at 5.6 miles (still blown away with Gayle's 7 miles on Sat so I have something to strive for).

Now I need to get a few more CC workouts. Suggestions? Favorites?

Thanks!

JJ

Isn't he so dreamy??? :D I *heart* Coach Sean! And be proud of your 8 1/2 minute mile pace - I can't run that fast for sprints to save my life! As for your 14% incline...   My treadmill doesn't even incline that high (it goes to 12% I think). My thighs are burning just thinking of it!

As for suggestions... get them all. You won't be disappointed. :D ;)

He's having a couple of sales so I'd get them all if you can afford it. Trust me, you're going to want them all anyway. ;) :p

Yep. Get them all. But if you have to pick, well.... ummmm.... Volumes 5, 6, and 7 are my favorites. 6 and 7 are the best - I can't pick between them. And of course, save some money for the upcoming Volume 8!

I was just looking at the sales and he has 2 that, if you took advantage of both, you would get all of his workout for an excellent price.

Hmmmm, I have some birthday money burning a hole in my pocket so I guess I could buy the 6 cd pkg and get the remaining 3 on the buy2/1free deal. Then I would have them all :D At least until volume 8 comes out}(

Thanks my "enabling" friends! You guys rock!
