Hi ya'll! I am so happy I found this site and cathe's workouts. I, like so many of you, have been using the frim workouts and going to the gym. My workouts started feeling stale and just blahhhh. I started watching Cathe's show on Fittv and starting taping some of them and was so HOOOOOKED!!!!!!!!! I just love her and the rest of the gang, it's like they're right in your living room with you! Well anyway I just wanted to say hello and see ya arround. Oh yeah, I so jealous of everyone that got to go on the road trip, lol ;-)
