Thought I'd share my interesting idea! I took all 5 of Cathe's weight loss rotations and broke them down to general categories of videos (i.e. CTX Upper body became Upper body, IMax 2 became intervals, Step blast became cardio etc). Sometimes I don't want to do the video listed but want to continue with the rotation. This way I hope to still get the benefits of the rotations with my own twist. We'll see if it works!
 
Cbelle... this is what I do also. I use a generic rotation to plug in what I want to do. I find I rebell quite frequently against rotations that tell me what w/o to do on what day.
 
I too have been trying this recently. It makes it easier to follow if I enjoy the workout more. (Not that I don't love all of Cathe's workouts!)
 
Yes, I was rebelling against rotation too often lately. This way I think I'll get the benefit of the rotation but will be able to listen to my body more. Sometimes my body just doesnt want to do Imax 3 but could handle Imax 1.
