Here to report my Insanity w/o 2th month max interval circuit, and STS disc 19 ONLY CHEST, I finish the MIC and oh MG it was a good work out I only stop for a couple of times to catch my breath, and then I wait a little bit to do chest I was so tired from all those planks that I did only half of the bench press I did all the flys and I was happy to be able to finish that.
I drank 5 20 ounces cup's of water during the entire workout, so I'm dead, but not dry. Now I just hope that tomorrow I can do the next max interval plyo and back.
