Well ladies i'm back from my breast surgery. I had it yesterday morning at 7a.m. Everything went super smooth and i just feel like i did a really hard cathe chest workout! All i ate yester day was peanut butter crackers and PB&J sandwiches and 1 small frostie from Wendy's. All other foods made me sick just to smell them. I'm happy its all over and now i begin my hiatus from working out. My body is ready for this much needed break. My doc said i can start walking in 2 weeks but nothing else until 4 weeks. i'll keep you all posted.

Thanks for keeping us posted, kariev! I'm glad that all went well yesterday -- and just listen to your Dr. about not overdoing things!:)

What kind of breast surgery? Hope you have a fast recovery.

The idea is to die young as late as possible.

I'm wishing you a speedy recovery too. I had a core biopsy a couple of months ago...not nearly as bad as open surgery, but man did I have a bruise. I still have a hematoma that I can sometimes feel pulling when I do chest work.

Hope all is well!

i had breast implants with a doughnut hole lift which is basically taking the nipple completly off and removing some excess skin that causes slight sagging. i got 350cc round saline implants under the muscle.

Whew! That's quite a procedure, but at least it's for something good. :) Rest, heal well and get ready to enjoy your new breasts.

Hi,

I am curious as to how you are recovering since your BA? Are you back to exercising as you did prior. I have huge concerns about not being able to do the training regimen I do now if I get BA's.

Thanks -

Hi Meadow, I'm back to my regular workouts. Its been about 2 months now. I started walking and doing the elliptical at week 2 along with body weight leg workouts, biceps/triceps, and shoulders. At week 4 i began to run again and lift back. As far as chest training i don't do it anymore. Its not b/c i can't but i just don't want to. I have done a few pushups hear and there but just can't get back into a chest workout. When i did my first pushup after the surgery it was a wall pushup. You can feel the implants shift a bit when the chest muscle contracts but nothing painful. You do get used to this feeling and i don't notice anything anymore. I'm back 100% with everything. My recovery was really easy and I didn't have any pain. This was the best decision for me and i'm so happy with the results! If you have any more questions don't hesitate. Check out www.justbreastimplants.com They have great info and a wonderful support forum to help you with your decision and concerns.

Thanks so much for the feedback. I have been conflicted about this decision so it's so helpful to me to know you are back to 100%. I am off to the forum you suggested.

Thanks,
Meadow
