I've been working out for many years and just in the past year I've started working out seriously or doing things right. Cathe's tapes have certainly helped. I have her set of three tapes for weight lifting and I love them. My question is, is it possible at my age to really change my body? I still have a tummy that won't go away but my legs are hard as iron. Any input you might have is appreciated.

In a word -- yes.

I'm in my mid-fifties and have been exercising since my late 30s. I still see changes -- all the time. If you're not already doing this, keep varying your routine and you will continue to surprise yourself. A new release you might want to include is Trish Muse's Ab Attack.

To reiterate a frequent piece of advice -- drop over to Video Fitness (videofitness. com). You'll find reviews and the ever-popular and active forum. But as Nancy cautions in another thread, try to keep your credit card on a short leash. It will try to develop a life of its own.

Hi Cheri--from an "older" gal

Yes I think it's possible to work on body shaping and fitness at any age. At 53, I'm very pleased with the results I've had with Cathe's PS upper body tapes--especially in my arms and shoulders. I hate the idea of flappy armpits!

For legs and derriere, nothing beats FIRM tall box work, IMHO. I carry extra fat in my thighs and butt, though, so I don't think I'll ever actually achieve "thin thighs" in 30 days or 300 days. I'm afraid that if I lose any more weight, my face will start to look scrawny. However, I continue to work regularly on total body strength and toning, and I think I will continue to see results slowly over time. And what have I got but time?? Best wishes!
