<---has been dreaming of ellipticals but as DH now has a Smith machine and olympic size weights on rack added to the treadmill <---'s w/o bench, steps, dumbbells, bands, etc. in basement/playroom/exercise room <---would have to build a separate playroom for DS in order to add an elliptical to the mix

<---tells sis not to be too envious of workout room as it doubles as a romper-jungle-gym room now that the Smith machine is here cause DS have discovered many unsafe tricks to perform on said machine
 
<---is pretty amazed at all the workout stuff in Melody's basement. Wow.
<---has no idea where <--- will stash the new elliptical - it may become a new conversation piece in the living room

<---just spoke to the 2 of the 3 women in lab who have cancer (one bone, who just had the last of her 28 chemos and one lung who under goes her third surgery in 2 years next week) and talk about positive thoughts. These women are such an inspiration. Life is what YOU choose to make of it and they have chosen to be happy and live it. And the third cancer survivor is just as upbeat as the 2 <--- just spoke to.
