of your choice today - what would you do? that's what i'm set for today, but today is day one of my period and i'm feeling bloated and sluggish. i need a high fun factor.
I always go for Rythmic Step or the cardio potion of LIC. To me these have fun choreography and you have to think about the steps instead of trying to get through when you're not really in the mood.

Rhythmic Steps is fun!! (I haven't done that is awhile) Also, if it a nice day outside, there is nothing like intervals runs to make you feel like a athlete. It really helps with my sluggish days.
On a nice day, like today...I'd opt for something outside. Running, cycling or skating. I hate running...so I'd get out the bike or skates myself. There are too few nice days in the year to exercise inside all the time.
