If you MUST snack

An apple or a pear works well for me. The pectin (fiber) in both is somewhat filling, but the fruit is not hard to digest.

That frozen banana frozen peanut butter thing sounds like a great summer dessert...small but hits the spot (unlike chocolate which is small and hits the flab). I'm going to have to try that out since I don't think a stomach brick :* and nightmares will be my best option
