Melissa::: I hope your kids are feeling better today!!! Weird, I would feel weird working out with a dvd now, its been so long!!...but even weirder would be working out outside (not that brave....LOL) I admire you and Jane for doing it!! Loved all your smiles yesterday!!

Jane:::My boys loved the title of your workout yesterday!!!!!

So, were your balls sweaty????LOL
Marcy:::GREAT work on the pullups/chinups!!

Row, row, row your best
Buy-in
Don’t push for a new 3RM here. Just work the movement and focus on depth, active shoulders and core stability.

603 WOD

Deadlift
Press
Cash out
Shoot for a new PR, and record time to comments. (You’ll need this number later in the week, which is a hint of evil things to come.) Need some inspiration? Refresh your row technique with Again Faster’s Concept2 series, Part I and Part II.
Don’t have a rower? Sub a max effort 400M run instead.
ran on treadmill 400M- time: 1.52
NOTES:
**wanted to do OHS with 30#, but as a warm up needed to go with 20#
**even though the WOD calls for +10 I am going to continue to only raise my weights 5#.
**started run @8.0 finished at 8.5 for the last .10M
**spent time yesterday rereading PTTP and reevaluated program. will continue with wave cycle till week 6 and at week 7 will see how I feel, and will probably move to step cycle to finish out the 10-12 weeks.
Off to read Byers gets Diesel... Melissa from the 603 is posting on her blog and I have to catch up!
Waves to everyone!!

Have a terrific tuesday!!!
