<--- so far has no DOMS from BBC last night, but also took some Advil at about 2 a.m. for cramps, so perhaps it helped with the DOMS too

<--- says that Sophie woke up at 2 with a "terrible headache"

<--says that then there is a "bumping" process....If anyone from another department with more time on the job than DH gets laid off and can be trained to do his job they can "bump" him and take his position!!!
<--process could go on for weeks!!!
