<---has been through layoffs at a previous job and has been seeing layoffs here as well recently
<---thinks it is always sad seeing people lose their jobs :(

<---doesn't think there were any hard feelings since our jobs were completely different, but still feels bad

<---has only had fish once and a crab cake that DH made her - besides those two deviations, has been keeping it completely veg and borderline vegan since August

<---still eats cheese, although she did manage to eat a slice of vegan "cheese" on her "burger" the other day and didn't mind it
<---made friends with a piggie at the Harvest festival this weekend
<---says she saw "Donna" (4 month old piggie) at the petting zoo and started petting her on the head
<---adds that she started to scratch Donna's ear and she immediately flopped on her side and closed her eyes
<---says that everytime she stopped scratching, Donna would life her head look at her with those big blue eyes and snort
<---wanted to take her home with me ;)
<---says DM was with her and she told <--- that she isn't sure she'll be able to eat bacon again after meeting Donna - lol...

<--for some reason is having trouble reading more than one or two posts at a time so has not read much

<--is soooooooo glad to be home!!
<--had a salad made with field greens, grilled chicken, broccoli, snowpeas, shredded carrots, asparagus, green peppers, red peppers, green peas and scallion
<--tells Shannon it's easy to have dinner waiting when you take out (or "carry out" as Michele would say)
<--is now eating an awesome-tasting apple from the green market
