If I do shoulders twice a week,will the rest of my arms look weird?

I want to work my shoulders twice a week to give them better shape. Last summer they looked very skinny,but they look alot better now. My question is will doing that twice and doing the rest of my upper body once make it look weird. Or should I work all of my upper body twice?

I appreciate any help you can give me.

It's okay to work out a lagging bodypart more than once a week. Just keep an eye on things and if you start to look out of porportion, then re-evaluate.
