If I buy EFL, do I need to buy BFL too?

I have been reading a lot about the Body for Life program and the Eating for Life cookbook. The BFL website has a ton of info about the program, and it looks pretty straightforward. I definitely want the EFL book for recipes and meal planning to make following the program easier, so do I necessarily need the BFL book too? Or will I have enough info from EFL book and the BFL website? What does the BFL book have that I can't find on the website?
TIA,
Bobbi

you could check out the book at the library....i personally love the book as i find Bill's writing motivational....and i LOVE his success journal book, as he has 84 motivational tips and 84 success stories in the journal

Yup. Library. Or, Amazon (used & new link...cheaper), or Alibris (probably used).

Since I've been on the internet I haven't paid full price for a single book, & I buy at least 5 or 6 a month.;)

There are other sites too...just do a search. I agree the book is worth reading but if all else fails, I would just borrow it from the library. If you fall in love, you can always find it discounted somewhere later.

Ruth:)
