if i am still sore?

I did muscle max for the first time the other day and i still feel it. I am do to start chest and back today but i can feel my chest is still a bit sore. Should i still wo or stick to cardio for another 24hrs?
 
If you did MM yesterday, you should definitely wait until tomorrow to do another weight workout.

Otherwise, it's fine to do your planned chest workout today. I actually find when I workout my sore muscles, it helps alleviate the soreness. But also want to add, there is nothing wrong with giving your muscles an extra day of recovery time and doing cardio today.
 
I would wait another day. I did that once a couple of years ago, where I worked this one hill and then I hurt the next couple of days and then I stupidly did it again (I still was hurting.) and I could barely walk for 2 weeks. Take the rest day, ice it and consider an ibuprofen (if you can have them.)

Ditto. If it's just plain muscle soreness, the it is OK to do weights. I , too, find that working out with sore muscles actually alleviates soreness.
