I'd love a great Hi/Lo DVD

I love the step DVDs and have a ton but I like to do some cardio every day. I can't do step daily as I'd blow out my knees in no time. I've got KPC and it's great but sometimes I just don't want to box.

I've always loved Hi/Lo and would love to see either an all Hi/Lo DVD or a circuit-type Hi/Lo.

Am I the only one who notices a general shortage of good Hi/Lo in the exercise DVD world? Has it gone out of fashion? I really miss it.

Nope, you're not the only one.
I would love to see a good, athletic, space-efficient (some hi/lo workouts are true space-hogs) hi-lo workout that isn't just jumping around. Something that gives some good high-intensity, low impact options with big ROM. Maybe (again) using a med ball for upper body intensity.

Hi,
Just wanted to suggest Kimberly Spreen's Cardio Camp dvd. It has both Hi/Lo and Kickboxing. She's a great instructor too.

I'd love to see Cathe come out with a new Hi/Lo dvd. Good idea!

I would love that too. Hi/lo is my favorite. I love the 10.10.10 workout on CTX.

You might want to try Amy Bento's Cardio Pump hi/Lo or her hi/lo extreme. Great hard workouts with lots of premixes. Of course, noone compares to Cathe.
