iCycle workouts???

Does anybody here use iCycle workouts? I've got a stationary bike that I'd like to start adding in for low impact cardio to counter act the high impact of my running. A friend treated me to an iTrain gift certificate and I'm eyeing up an iCycle. I'm wondering what your thoughts are? I like the longer workouts, too, and I'm a bit disappointed that the longest they offer is 45 minutes, but maybe that's long enough (not sure...since I don't normally ride).

I'd appreciate any input! Thanks!

Hi Gayle,

I have a couple of the iCycles and I like them a lot. They're a nice change of pace. I think the 40"-45" length is okay. One thing I've noticed with them is that there isn't a ton of steady state recovery time between challenges (at least in the ones I have), so you're working for most of the ride.

I have a few of these and really like them also. 40-45 minutes seems to be a good amount of time especially if you are going pretty high intensity-wise. There is actually a free code you can use at checkout to get a free workout. That way you can try one before you buy it. The code is: AH2007

Thanks, guys, for your input!!!!

T-thank you, too for the free code. I had used a code a few weeks ago, which allowed me to try an iTread (which I LOVE), but this one must be different because it allowed me to buy iCycle 9!!!!!!!!

Oh man! I'm a happy camper!

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!
