I put together a rotation using the MM's and time saver premixes. Just a note, these are shorter workouts, ( I try to keep mine under 45 minutes): All except Day 1 include a MM for a particular body part, a Blizzard Blast , cool down, stretch. Day 6 has no Blast, if wanted, you have to add one of the Blasts or your own cardio.
Day 1: Chiseled Lower Body (regular workout no MM's)
Day 2: Metabolic Total Body TS #3 ( MM chest)
Day 3 Boot Camp TS # 3 ( MM shoulders)
Day 4: low Impact Sweat TS #3 ( MM Back)
Day 5: Rock'm Sock'M TS #3 ( MMtriceps)
Day 6 To the Mat TS #1 There is no premix with this one that has the MM and a Blast, so either do a shorter workout or add your own cardio. (shoulders)
