Ice advanced rotation with short times

The more advanced month 3 rotation has really long workouts. I was hoping there would be something that takes the blasts and brings them in with the normal workouts. Has anyone done this yet? Thanks for any help!!

I have been pondering this myself. I usually don't look into premixes too much, but started to with ice because of your exact question. Also, I rarely have time or even want to worklut for more than an hour. I haven't looked at all of the premixes, but tomorrow I am doing the bootcamp premix that is 38 minutes long, it uses all of the blizzard blast mixed in with part of the main workout. Then I will add a core. I was going to just chop off the beginning or end of each workout and add the blizzard blast.
 
I'm loosely doing the 3 month rotation with my own premixes to make them about an hour. The first week here (I'm a week behind due to strep throat) I did 1 body part per day with the following premixes:

ROKO-Premix 2-basic with triceps-62
LI--premix 6-both cardios with back-67
MTB-premix 3-routine with chest and core-74
CLB-premix 4-routine with BB-65
TTM-premix 2-routine with shoulders-65
Premix timesaver 3-BB with biceps on BCC-37

I wanted to do abs twice, but that did not happen. I feel like I got enough cardio in for the week. I was tired by day 6 and debated on just taking a rest day, but went for the premix timesaver and am glad I did! I really wanted to try to do 1 body part/day.

I'll start week two on Friday.
