I've got #'s 1, 7, 10, 12, 13 & 18. I would have to say #1 is my favorite... #18 (nip/tuck) is short and sweet as it doesn't have core work in it...#'s 10 and #12 are probably my 2nd favs. You can't go wrong with any of them really.
They are set up w/three distinct sections of approximately: 15 minutes standing barre work, 15 minutes core, 15 minutes deep muscle conditioning floor work. So you can do the whole workout in one session, or do the standing leg work one day followed by the floor work another day. OR, you can mix and match volumes to get some serious leg DOMS}(
