I went for my 6 week check...

and everything looks great!!!I did have a cyst which I had the dr. drain at the time of delivery but it has returned so they drained it agian. My dh is so upset because we must abstain for another 2 weeks until I get the incision looked at. The good news is I am all clear for high impact!!See you at the check in.

mary, that is great!!! so glad you don't have lingering problems. out of curiosity, what do they wait for to clear you for high impact? is it b/c of your tear? hard to believe andrew is 6 weeks already!

I think they needed me to wait for the high impact until me tear was completly healed. They were not sure that it would even heal because I had such bad tearing with my 1st son and I accumulated so much scar tissue after the 1st delivery. For some reason scar tissue does not tear or close like regular tissue so it is a blessing that I dont need a specialist. How is little Finn man doing?

he is HUNGRY! yesterday i nursed him every hour or 2, and good feedings each time. he is making up for lost time i think. his cheeks are so round and full! but he is adorable. very much more awake these last 5 days than prior. i suppose that will continue to change. i feel great though. totally normal. went running these last 2 days. just 3 miles, but it feels so good! soon i will get braver to leave him with dh for longer than 30 minutes.
