I am in my ideal weight zone but I want to see more definition. I am tall and have long arms and legs - Is it possible for me to get muscles similar to yours?
Since May I have been emphasizing the Slow and Heavy Series (doing two weeks a S&H Rotation, one week something else, two weeks S&H....) and I am happy with my muscle gain. However,I feel that I don't need more muscles at this time but I also don't want to lose any.
So, I want to do the following for about two months:
Week 1: CTX Series as is
Week 2: Mon: IMax
Tues: MIS
Wed: Cycling
Thurs: Rythmic Step
Fri: Power Hour
Sat: Cycling
Do you think, I will be able to keep my muscles and lean out?
