Hi everyone looks every one here has a challenge for a specific time.
And I really want to join a group.
My objective is get lean and ripped by Oct/8/09. I'm working pretty hard and watching my food.
My workouts has been Insanity and STS meso 2. But I've been moving things or should I said days. Before I always start my week with a straighten workout. and I was so use to that it took me a while to learn that Mondays was cardio. and for sts I start whit the last workout of the week.
Looks like this.

disc - 13.And I'll do this for two weeks, I've been enjoying doing this I feel like I get a lot more from my workout if I do it twice.
So next week is rest week for Insanity.
And after that I'm not sure what to do? Probably stay with meso 2 witch I still have two more weeks and that means one month.
So, if any body here has something like this I would like to know or if there is some one that want to join me that would be so nice.
