I think that Cathe has a little catching up to do.....

CRAP, I'm still trying to get away from the single disc player and graduate to the 5 disc one, but a 400!!.........OH MY! LOL

Wow. I'd have no use for all my dvd cases.

Call me crazy, but in the list of features, I don't see anywhere where it says that you can program the player to play chapters from different dvds. Do they call that something that I don't recognize? I think there was a "memory playback" feature or something like that. Would that be it?

I ask this question, because we bought a 5-disk dvd player a couple of years ago, and it is only programable for audio cds. My single disk player does much, much more than my 5-disk player (maybe that's why it was so much cheaper? LOL!).

Oh, the mishes we could mosh....

We actually have this, but I have yet to figure out how to do mish-moshes with this. My dh, who is very technical, doesn't think it's possible. :( Is is possible? Maybe it's the way we have it set up in our home. It's in a central location and any TV can access that player. On the remote I have to go through a lot of "inputs" just to get a movie to play. x( I'd love to make this work!

Any suggestions?

Dallas,

Under the 'features' list, there is something called 'playback memory' that appears to be the closest thing to what you want. On my single disk dvd player, I can program chapter mixes by using the 'memory' feature. I suggest you check your manual and see what it says that this 'playback memory' can do.

Hope that makes some sense to anyone but me,
Sandra
