Timesaver has five workouts, and each workout is comprised of snippets from the 6 main workouts that make up the Body Blast series.
The DVDs are very different. In my mind, neither is better. I love SJP! I've never done SB, nor have I used the premixes on this DVD, but the premixes are very popular ;-)
Timesaver workouts are shorter, which really appeals to some people.
