2 words...Boot Camp! Oh my....last time I did this work out was before the baby and I just did it today for the first time in over a year and I think I had one of those "out of body experiences" Cathe is always talking about.....wow.....If that workout does not melt the fat, then I think I am giving up! I was doing the workout asking myself if I was crazy or what! Even worse....I can't wait to do it again! What a rush and what a challenge!

Anyone else experienced a "out of body experience" lately???

Well worth every single penny! One of IMO best workouts ever!
I also love Muscle Endurance that comes with it. Fun, fun, fun workout and ohh it will hurt you! :D

HI Marleys mom!!!!!!!!
I love the name Marley. I have to think of some cute ones! Any suggestions???

Cool, I'm psyched to get boot camp after #2!
I haven't had an out of body experience since birth. My epidural wasn't delivered til I WAS DIALATED 8!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's because when my water broke, when I got to the hospital I was a 6 and progressed to an 8 in 20 minutes, those nurses (god bless them were running around like chickens with their heads cut off). So not by choice!!:D Youch!!

I'm going to get boot camp and Imax for after, yeah!! I think I'm going to try the core one too. Have any of you done that for your belly????
Is boot camp a lot of weights too?

i love boot camp b/c you can do so much with it. the weight5s are not super intense, but you definately feel it (more so than the wts in cardio and weights). it is great for a lighter weight day. and muscle endurance is a standard for me now. very tough always but fun and fast paced. i like the coremax too, but sometimes don't have the time for it if that makes sense. but it is good. which imax are you getting? do you have any of them?

HI there!
I don't have any of the Imax's. I think I"m getting Imax 1 is it? the one that's a total cardio butt kicker.;-)

Hey Curly,

How you feeling today? Good hopefully! Lets see for names, well I can tell you our top 3 choices, Marley, Macie, Maliah (prononuced ma-le-ah) it's very Haiwan, we went with Marley. Both my husband and I are very big Bob Marley fans and so we loved Marley since is was so different. Our last name is really common so I wanted the first name to stick out. We always said if we have a boy we are going to name him Tosh Jackson. Our dog is named is Nesta (which was Bob's middle name) and our cat is Ziggy2 (which is one of Bob's sons name)...can you tell we like Bob Marley???

As for boot camp...ohhh..I had fun. I tried it about 3 weeks after I had Marley and pretty much fell over after the first 2 rounds and put it at the back of the rotation, so I got brave again yesterday and did it and loved it. I needed the extra 3.5 months to get my umph back after the baby. I can also tell you I did KPC today and felt really strong during the workout, I think the boot camp helped really kick it up! Boot Camp is magic! I think Cathe said when she was trying to loose those last few baby lbs she added in Boot camp and it really helped her.
I also started with Muscle Endurance and Low Impact Step 3 weeks after I had Marley and used that for about 1 month and had a great workout with both of the videos with out over doing it. It helped kick start the weight loss. I just have hit a plat and am trying to work past it.

I am getting Imax 2 and Low Max for my b-day this Friday so I will report back on what I think. Everyone said Low Max is awesome and really kicks your behind. I can't do step more than 1-2 days per week, my knees start to really hurt. I think it's the carpet and the step so once we move at the end of the month I will have tile so I might kick it up to a few more days a week (so excited and ready to move!).

Oh wait I forgot to tell you about the weights...It's not too heavy with the boot camp, example of what I do is for squats and leg work about 34 lbs on the barbell and biceps I only used 8 lbs, shoulders I only used 5 lbs and the rest is using your own body weight.
You are sooooooo hurting after the cardio I think going any higher on the weights would be really hard. The cardio is just killer! I have never been so out of breath! My husband was cracking up at me when he walked in the door after I finished and was just lying on the floor!

I'm a fellow rhasta fan! We have an AWESOME live dvd of him. He's so interesting to watch up close.
I totally have to get Kickmax. I remember following it on Fit TV, but the commercials, ick, so I stopped. I'll order that too!
Can't wait to hear what you think of Lo Max, I love it. I think it's fun and the blasts kick your ass for sure!!!
I can only do a few of them right now along with the cardio.
I feel good, but starting to get a lil off balance with the workouts, hee hee. And I'm soooooooo pooped at the end of the day from playing with Hannah all day. But I love it and would never let the pregnancy get in the way of my time with her. She is super active which is so fun!!

Maliah is such a pretty name. The challenge is for me and hubby to agree on something:eek:

Thanks for being fun to talk to;-)
