Hey all! I'm home!! Minus an organ, but doing just fine! But is is going to be a LONG time before I can even think about a Cathe workout. But the pain is not half of what I thought it was going to be, I am just tired all the time. And I got to keep my ovaries!(sounds like I won a game show prize) No hot flashes for me for a while! Anyway, just wanted to say hello. Take care all, and I still can't wait for the new series to be dleivered...at least I can watch. Donna.

Oh Donna,
I have been thinking about you all week. I'm happy all went well. Also glad that you don't have to go into a sudden menopause. While those of us who have, we dealt with it, but if you don't have to, I certainly don't encourage it.
Email me when you feel like chatting. :p
Like someone mentioned before, even if you can't do the workouts, you can study them and look at all the options on the DVD's. You probably will still be ahead of those of us who are doing the workouts. You will know what you're doing when you start out. :)
Here's to a very speedy recovery.:7

Hi Donna!

Welcome Back! We missed you! Wow, see what all that working out did for you? I knew you'd come thru with flying colors! This will be perfect timing for you to preview the new tapes, then when you put them on, you'll know what is coming. Take good care of yourself and pop in to keep us posted.

Glad you're back, Donna! And just think. All those weeks of watching Cathe videos and wishing you could do them will leave you HUNGRY for the new series! This could be a great attitude booster, if you even need one. For myself, I need a little kick in the pants every once in a while to "rev my engines." Glad you're feeling better than expected.

Ya know, there is never a good time for surgery, but I truly believe that this was the perfect time for me. I have been eating very clean, doing 4 workouts a week, and I was down to my "alltime goal weight". And I know all that strength and core work has paid off. Yeah, I hurt, and get tired, but I think I am yards ahead of where I would be if I had not been in such great shape. Thanks Cathe! I stupidly got on the scale the day I got home from the hospital(yeah I am still hopelessly addicted to the number game) to my horror, I was 9 pounds heavier than I was on Monday morning. YIKES! But thankfully, it has all gone bye bye....mostly all that fluid they pump into you 24 hours a day I guess. I am already getting restless, and that is going be a problem since this is week one!! Thanks for all your kind thoughts! And get those reviews posted quick!!! Take care, Donna.

Donna, welcome back!!! I'm just tickled pink that you're fine and that you won the game show prizes ;-) , which ought to make your recovery much quicker and more comfortable.

Take it real easy and just put your feet up with a big ol' bowl of Haagen Dazs to watch the new series tapes for a while if you need to. "Not only are they easy to learn but they're fun to do", as Cathe always says, AND "they're fun to WATCH" -- as THIS Kathy always says! Your health is the most important thing here, of course, and you went into this surgery so fit that you'll regain your groove in no time flat once you're ready!

Let us know how you're feeling -- I'm sitting here sending cyberhugs to you!:)
