I survived L&G - whoo!

So I was able to get through it all today, and after KPC, too. I do feel some soreness though I bet it's gonna be toasty tomorrow. Add ontop of that the upper premix to ME. I'm feeling better after being sick and needed a little workout oomph to get me going. I feel so relaxed now!

I just did L&G for the first time the day before yesterday and KP&C the next day. I hope your hamstrings aren't as sore as mine.... x(

I just started doing Legs & Glutes twice a week on my May rotation and I was scared to do it the first time I did it.....but now, I can do it and actually sort of liked the torture! That's too funny......I like being tortured by Cathe. My legs get mildly sore now, but not as bad as previously......does that mean I have to up my weights? Yikes. Tough workout.. Congrats to you.

I haven't done this workout yet. You all have given me "the fear". The same fear you all gave me about Bootcamp. But I did Bootcamp and survived. So maybe I will try L&G on Saturday. I will not be afraid...
