I saw the most amazing picture yesterday...

I got an email at work yesterday...it was a close up picture of a pregnant woman's belly and the unborn baby's foot was pressed up against her belly so perfectly that you could count every toe! It was a PERFECT impression of the tiny little foot.

I know that some people say that they can distinguish between body parts "poking" them at times but I gotta wonder if this pic wasn't "doctored up" or just TOTALLY fake....? Seemed to perfect to me to be real.

I wish I had saved it so I could post it here for you all....x(

So what do you think? Chance it was for real??

I saw it too! Not sure if it is real or not but it was fascinating. I have learned to question anything like that on the Internet but it sure was cute and I hope it is real.

If I can find it, I will post. My co-worker showed it to me on her computer.

I can't comment on the validity of that particular picture, but my mother has told me many times that when she was pregnant with me, I would stretch my leg out, and my foot was perfectly visible from the outside of her belly. Isn't that a bizarre thing??

Sorry to burst your bubble but it's totally doctored. I've seen it too and it's an awesome pick, but fake. You have to much tissue between you and the skin of your belly for you to ever see a part of your baby that defined. BUT you can see the shape of certian body parts for sure at times!

Try to find the pic though cause it is fun to see!
 
Being able to see every baby toe of the foot? Too funny.

Right now I can sometimes see my tummy is not symetrical due to the baby's position. His head sticks out right under my ribs on the right, and it's so easy to feel his hard skull. It's pretty cool, but aches likes crazy, and makes bending to my right to change the dial on the car radion or changing my socks alomost impossible- his head is in the way!

Have any of you felt a foot or elbow or head protruding>
 
Hi Jennifer...I can see my skin move when the baby moves but I have not actually recognized any body part protruding outwards yet but I have felt body parts that were leaning right up against my belly.

Last night my DH was "playing" with the little guy. He obviously had a hand or a foot or something leaning right up against my belly right near my belly button b/c the area was so much harder than any area around it. My DH would press back against it and before you know it the baby would move and a second later that same body part would be pressed back up against me in a slightly different spot so DH would find it and press back and the baby would move it again, etc. It was like they were playing a game of "cat and mouse"...it was very sweet and very funny at the same time. I was cracking up.
