I did it this morning and boy, is this ab workout different. I think it's just what I needed to compliment my Cathe core work.

Very, very tough for me especiallys since I did it after leg work. Ouch! It will be a great challenge!

I love it too and do it at least once a week. It seems to go by so fast even though 25 reps of each exercise is tough!

Elaine,

It goes by very fast because it's all I can do to keep my legs in the air!!! Tony keeps reminding everyone to breath. I know I caught myself holding my breath several times, LOL!

I NEVER do that one after leg work!! It hits the hip flexors so hard that I have to hand it to you for doing that.

I did it for the first time this AM after Legs & Glutes, and boy, was it hard to keep my legs up for some of those moves! I really, really liked it. I did pretty well (thanks Cathe!), but definitely have some room for improvement on some exercises. I thought that it FLEW by! I was initially feeling guilty that I didn't work abs long enough, until I realized 1) it WAS actually 15 minutes of ab work, which isn't too shabby, and he doens't waste a *second*, and 2) how sore I was feeling as I tried to get up off the floor! :)

This is a great, effective ab workout. I wish the P90X series had included several workouts of this caliber (the way Cathe usually includes several ab goodies each series). As effective and challenging as it is, it just gets too boring doing the exact same routine all the time.

Oh that one is tough after doing legs. Actually come to think of it is tough for me after any wt work- LOL. It is a good core workout.

Enjoy!!
