I really hate cardio check in Sunday, May 7th

Yes, I hate it but I am here on this Sunday reporting that I did Pyramid Lower and the cardio from Stepfit. Wow, was that ever a hard one to follow but I have to brag that I can follow Cathe more now than a year ago (I am such a liar).
So, no one is up yet, huh? Aren't all of you on the East Coast? Get out of bed will ya!

I'm guessing since it's the middle of the night that we're the only ones who are going to post on this thread before a new Monday one comes up.

Well, me and DSC (darling stiff clips) enjoyed our Power Hour.

I'm starting my BFFM and an endurance rotation from Monday. Hmm. That's weird. Legs & Glutes is first up (and not cardio x( ...........:) .................;) ) I've got to write down my menus and figure this stuff up.
