I-Pod for the technologically impaired

Ladies,
After reading a lot of your posts regarding Cardio Coach I decided to give it a try and ordered one of his "sprecial pack" so I have 7 CD's that I downloaded on my I-Pod. I must admit that I've never used it so far. I hate any cardio machine,so I've been doing all Cathe's or sometime Firms cardio workouts. But I'd like to vary a bit and I travel often and would like to use the i-Pod in hotel gyms.
When I play on the i-Pod the "songs" are labelled as warm-up, challenge 1... all the way from the 1st CD to the last one, so I have no clue which CD they are. Do you have to relabel directly from I-Tunes so it's labeled Cardio Coach 1, Cardio Coach 2...
I'd be very grateful if anyone can help me so I can make sense of what my disks are all about.
Thanks in advance.:+

On my iPod, the Cardio Coach workouts are Cardio Coach V4 and Cardio Coach V5. That's how I tell them apart. I also have them in separate Playlists, so it will only play those tracks for the particular workout when I'm using it.

Yup, your iPod will separate them into folders by "album", so you'll be able to select a folder for Vol 4, or Vol 5, etc. You don't even need to create a separate playlist. :)
