i need weights

can anybody please tell me where she got the stack of weights from in her workout videos. sears is suppose to be sending me my weight set, but i would like to invest in the nice little set of of dumbells she uses. problem is i can't find them.

I think you'll find that Walmart or Target sells dumbbell sets. Maybe not the exact ones that Cathe uses, but probably a set with 3's, 5's and 10's at the very least. You can always buy your db's separately. The hex db's are usually sold by the pound at places like Dick's or Play It Again Sports.

To me it looks like in the upcoimg series that she is using rubber coated dumbells. I'm pretty sure I saw these at Dicks, but these (at the 30lbs and up) were much more expensive than the silver hex ones per pound.
