I need to THANK YOU ALL!

Ladies-

I just wanted to take a quick minute to say THANK YOU to everybody on these boards. I'm feeling all warm and fuzzy from some comments made to me on another thread and it just really makes me want to say THANK YOU while doing air jacks! LOL

I've been posting a lot lately, as I'm coming out of my shell. I posted last week that I fell off the wagon and I got TONS of responses and feedback and help!

I've been dealing with DH's death and now my new engagement and AGAIN you ladies come to the rescue with advice and input!

You runners have coached me thru a marathon and that still continues thru my current races.

A bunch of you are doing the 12 week challenge with me!

The list just goes on and on and on and on!

{{{{{{{{{{GROUP HUG}}}}}}}}}}

You ladies ROCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!

Gayle

Gayle, I think YOU ROCK!!! You're quite an inspiration to the rest of us. You've handled yourself with absolute grace and decorum and I don't think I would've faired as well in similar circumstances.

{{{{{HUGS}}}}} you right back!

Michele

Gayle,

You are the one that needs a Thank You. After meeting you and getting to know you at Cathe's roadtrip last summer, you have been such an inspiration to me. The hurdles you have conquered, the positive attitude you maintain and your fitness accomplishments all amaze me. No, I probably won't be inspired to follow in your foot steps and run a marathon, but I do know that thanks to you I no longer have ideas of giving up and going back to my non-active life style. Hopefully those thoughts are gone forever.

Thanks,
Jean

This is a great group of ladies here and we are so glad that you are one of them!!! (((HUGS))) to you as well!!!

Michele and Jean said it all Gayle...never underestimate the inspiration you have brought to this forum...http://www.geocities.com/shangrala_shangy/hugs2.gif[/img] back atcha

PS...when is your next marathon?...}(

Oh, Carole! I CANNOT DECIDE! LOL

I'm SO focussed and excited for my half next weekend! But I'm searching for my next marathon and I'm not sure which one I want to do yet. I would like to train and run in warm weather for a change! LOL. I trained for Disney thru the cold November and December, and Spring has finally sprung so I'm anxious to "hoof it" in the sun this time around! I promise to keep you posted!

Thanks, ladies! We are all so lucky to have found something so strong and so positive for each of us!

Gayle - YES - YOU are such an inspiration and a true motivator! Thank YOU for all you've done for me. You're wonderful.

One day I want to run the Big Sur Marathon - but...

Hey Gayle - you're a terrific and amazing woman, and I'm sure glad you're around on these forums! Thank YOU! And of course, I'd like to join in on the group {{{{{{HUG}}}}}}!

Gayle

OH

MY

WORD!!!

That is intriguing!!!!! WOW! I'd be willing to do that! Holy Cow is that gorgeous!

Now you've got me excited. Only thing is it's a whole year away and I'd have to choose another one between now and then! LOL

Oh, you're such a good influence! LOL

Gayle

I will admit Gayle, Big Sur isn't a marathon to run for a PR as it is quite hilly. But one of the most beautiful of the marathons I have run...:)

LOL, Carole. I wasn't even worried about a PR at Big Sur! I saw the description and knew it was a toughy! Seriously, I'll have to keep this marathon in mind for next year. I'll keep my eye open for when registration opens!
