Hello Cathe,

I was wondering, since I usually use your level of weights in your videos, what is it that you do exactly for cardio? It seems like I have so much muscle, but also a lot more flab than I would care to have. 143lbs. on a 5'2" frame is nothing to exactly brag about. I'm hoping to become some sort of an athletic trainer someday and this would be really nice to know as I almost have to sell the fitness of my body in order to have clients.

Hi Keri! I don't have any exact cardio plan since I honestly think variety is the spice of life ;-)

I like to do anywhere from 3 to 5 cardios per week. They can be in the form of fitness classes (kickbox, step, indoor cycling etc.) or using cardio machines (ie: a treadmill, eliptical bike etc.). Occasionally when I am away on a trip I may hike, swim, roller blade or something but that is not the norm.

I usually do 45 minute sessions of cardio.
