Cathlete
For many years I did nothing but Firm workouts with excellent results. I found Cathe about 3-4 years ago and have alternated between Cathe and Firm. A lot of you may find this hard to believe, but I actually get better results from the Firm workouts. I prefer to do Cathe workouts, however, as I find them more motivational and fun. If I remember correctly, however, I believe I had excellent results with the CTX series also.

What do you all think? Is it because with the Firm I'm doing more cardio, definitely not harder, as I do at least 3 AWT workouts per week and 1-2 cardio only workouts per week. And, of course, with the CTX series I was doing cardio 5 days per week. I am a pear shape and does this mean I should stick more with Cathe's endurance style workouts as opposed to Slow & Heavy? And maybe I should make my own workouts with at least 30 minutes of sculpting followed by 30 minutes of cardio per day.

Any suggestions are welcome.

I know for me the firm gives better lower body I'm also a pear. But cathe gives better upperbody.I just do both.I do firm for lowerbody heavyand for cardio purpose and use really light wts for upper so I can do heavy next day.

That's a good idea Sheila. Maybe I'll try that. I do know that with Cathe my whole body gets significantly stronger and my endurance is a lot better. But, like you, the Firm makes my legs look so good. My inner thighs get nice definition when I'm consistently Firming. I've always had a hard time mixing Cathe and the Firm as I seem to get hooked on one or the other. I need to try to work them into a rotation together.
