I need an ice cream intervention

Just bought 3 "small" tubs of B&J's. Also some fruit bars and yogurt bars. I cannot pass up pistachio pistachio. It is my all time fave!!! Also the chocolate DOVE is good with it. MMMMM. I never worry though. It never lasts very long in this house.

OH MY GOD!!!! I never even heard of this flavor and I'm already addicted. I think ice cream is my heroin....I just can't have a little, and it's all I think about when it's in the house. It's just waiting there in the freezer calling my name. Because of my serious addiction, I won't even keep it in the house, and when I just can't take it anymore I get my fix form McDonald's. Their 99cent low fat soft serve cone is really delicious!!!!!

I go crazy over icecream in the summer!

I am now eating Edy's low fat carmel chocolate icecream.

I eat 2 scoops every other night. It is so good!!!!

I am not going to deprive myself. All in moderation I guess!
