Michael Olajide, The Trainer's Edge - Killer Abs and Back. A great standing abs section, and, well, I kinda have a crush on Michael and his cute, flirtatious-self on this workout. It's the least boring abs workout I've ever done.

I like all of Cathe's ab work and Tracey Staehle's Core Blast is good too - very well chaptered.

I like Cathe's STS Ab Circuit, and her older Ab Hits, and her Core Max. I have and I use them all. I am pretty sure any of them can be purchased separately. All good.
