I-Max Junkie Sez Thanx Cathe!

I am so proud and grateful! For the past two weeks, I have been able to add on at least 8 more "kill" reps on ALL of the intervals in Cathe's I-Max workout after gutting thru the intervals with no modifications! When I began that workout last fall I couldn't get through it without modifying for about 3 weeks.

I've also noticed an increase in power in the aqua aerobics classes I teach as well - my participants are demanding to know who put another tiger in my tank. All I can say is, "THANKS, CATHE! YOU'RE THE BEST!"

Hi Annette,

You are one lean, mean, aerobic machine if you can get thru I-MAX especially if you're adding "kill" reps to it. You ladies that can finish I-MAX (especially without modifications) truly amaze me. I hope I never give any of you reason to be angry with me. LOL!
