I-Max Circuit, anyone?

Sit and stand

It's in Leaner Legs, PS Legs and, and, and...maybe that's it, but I get the feeling it's in something else too.

Anyway, it's a squat where you sit on the tall step, then roll just off it so you're hovering over the step in squat position, then stand.

It's done to the count of eight. Sit on one, roll on two, hover for 3,4,5,6,7, stand on 8. She does 12 reps in PS Legs, I think, and 16 in LL. I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
