<--attempted to jog outside, but it was way too hot, only got about 2 miles then came home

<--ended up doing 35 min of step with Cathe then jumped in the shower
<--was in the middle of putting <--'s face on when the hospital called and said they didn't need <-- tonight!!!
<--immediately left for the grocery store while the "get out of jail free" card was still valid!!!
<--'s tummy is loverly full of yummy take-out Chinese (chicken and broccoli please)
<--would love to kick back and enjoy some wine, but the GOOJF card may be revoked later tonight
<--is a little frustrated that the call came so late, would have loved to get in another 20 min or so of step with Cathe (without having to take another shower!)
