I,m back again

Hello everyone,

After four week of rest,I am back again
I had ( and still have)a tennis-elbow and my
knees where painfull.But I can,t sit and do nothing anymore,so I will try to workout again.
Yesterday I started with HS Challenge timesaver 51 min,and 40 min.biking
Today I did an ATB route- 30 km,this route is the hardest one of Holland.
I did it in 1.55 min.It is very steep and muddy and a lot of tree-roots.I was broken,but I have to train for biking in Belgium,
We are going to Belgium after three weeks,ATB biking and hiking.
Now I have to work in the garden(a big one)
I hope my legs wil let me to do that.

Happy to see you! Welcome to the road to recovery, but take it easy! We don't want you back in the hospital again! How do your knee and elbow feel now? I totally understand the feeling of not being able to do anything and feeling antsy! But be sure you listen to your body. Ease back into your regime slowly. If something hurts, please don't do it! Work up to it. We want you to stay here!
