I love Cycle Max

Hi Everyone! I really love Cycle Max - the instruction, the music, the variety, and the challenge. I cannot wait until Cathe (hopefully) puts out more spinning DVDs. What other spinning DVDs are out there that you love? Would love to hear your thoughts.

I have Robert Sherman's Cycle Reebok (1999). It has two rides, one foundational and one advanced. Plus, Mindy Mylera's Tricycle. Thinking positive that Cathe will come out with another spin workout. I have not done Tricycle yet but Robert Sherman is quite handsome with very good instruction.

I love cycle max and hope for more from Cathe. I haven't bought any other spinning DVDs yet, but was looking at clips last night on totalfitness. I liked one from Mark Selders but refrained from buying. I'm doing the STS/LIS 3 month Transformation rotation, so limited on how much I'm spinning right now. Hoping Cathe will announce later this year that she is making another spinning DVD!
