I just did Power Hour, except the abs--which I realized too late I should've done first! It's not like I was cursing at her the whole time--just a lot. And a lot of calling her "woman", as in "Dude! Woman! No!, dammit!"
Lots of groaning. Very mad at her. Lunges, biceps, triceps...
But of course I really do love her stuff. So happy to have found her.
So happy to be rewarding myself RIGHT NOW with a Costco chocolate muffin. (not the whole thing!) Yes, I know maybe non-food rewards would be a better choice, but whatever. If anything will make me feel the low blood sugar, it's Power Hour.
