Help! I workout out through my entire pregnancy, now that I had the baby I'm back to working out with a moderate to high intensity level. My endurance is still good, but I just discovered that my upper body is weak, I find it hard to do push ups. I will be starting insantiy sometime in October, but would like to get my upper body ready for the push ups. How do I go about increasing my push ups? Thanks!

You could try doing 3 sets of 20 push-ups every other day (but make sure to balance it with back work, and do the same number of barbell rows or pull-ups or pull-downs). If you can't do them on your toes, try raising the level of your upper body (hands on wall, on kitchen counter, on the seat of a chair, on a high step, on a step at 10", etc.) and doing them with straight legs. Or do as many as you can with good form on toes, then hold a plank position (top of push-up) for as long as you can (you could even build up by starting with planks only).

Or, you could just wait till you do Insanity, and build up your strength with the program itself.
