Butts & gutts, Muscle Max, High Step Challenge and Imax 2 + Cardio & Weight.
I just started working out to Cathe's dvd's about 6 months ago so I am pretty new to this. Her workouts are tough! If anyone has any tips they'd like to share, I'd appreciate it.
