After reading everyones comments I finally ordered this workout. I'm very excited, especially the emphasis on the legs, where I need work the most. I just did a Firm cardio last night that I haven't done in like over a year and I was thinking this is SO EASY AND BORING!!! Bam right away I busted out the cc and ordered Low Max LOL! I need to get some more cardio in, and this looks like just the ticket!:)

I ordered mine last week, it is due today and I feel so silly because I keep looking out whenever I hear a truck! (it is due today so says the ups website). I haven't felt this giddy since I ran around in the school yard trying to kiss boys at reccess! :9 J/K, but I am really excited, too!

I did low-max yesterday (step portion only) which is 45 minutes. I really like it. Although I'm pretty uncoordinated and some of the moves I just end up doing a basic step.

You're gonna love it. :)

Hi Julie,
I'm just as excitied by all this talk about how everyone loves this new workout. This is one that I preordered and have been anxiously awaiting post delivery to try it out...wish I could have been exercising this entire pregnancy, but I'm just happy we are having a baby. Any way, I just also wondered how you were doing. Has the bleeding cleared up, and do they have any explanation of why it was happening? I hope all is going well, I will continue to keep you in my prayers. I went for another ultrasound today and our little girl is right on track (2 lbs. 9 ounces as of today), and her fluid was normal today. They even feel so good about the way things are going that they told me that they wouldn't need to see me until the end of April for a fetal echocardiogram. (My regular doctor is still seeing me every two weeks.) I've been seeing a doctor every week since the surgery so it'll be nice to have a few weeks off...it's hard to bring a twenty-seven month old boy and have him actually sit for an extended period of time while they do the exams. Any way, my thoughts are with you, have fun doing low max!

Lindzebird,
Well so far things are going great. The bleeding subsided and the did an early u/s at 6 weeks 2 days to see if they could see where the blood was coming from. Nothing showed up on the u/s and the morning of the u/s was the last bleeding I have had so I'm very thankful about that. So all is going well. Already from 4 weeks to 8 weeks there is an inch differnce around my navel  . Oh and I'm already a full cup size bigger in my bra - gotta love the perks! Heard susbsequent pregnancies you show earlier, well I'm thinking it may be before the 16th week that I'll be noticably pg. I hear you inpart about the exercising. I was on restriction for 2 weeks x( . I'm back on low impact, but the NP I saw this week said to wait to do weight lifting after the 12th week. So I'm glad I can do SOMETHING! I can't imagine how you must feel to have to keep off exercise for so long, but soon enough you'll have a baby :) . Glad she is growing so well! Boy I know what you mean about a toddler and doc examinations. This week due to schedule complications DH, DS and I went in for my 8 week exam. Um I had to get my cervix checked with them all there too  . Oh well you got to do what you have to do! We came loaded with candy for DS }( , all bribes are helpful in this kind of situation!

Glad to hear all is well :D :)

That makes me laugh...I always let DS have a sucker, but only when we go to the doctor. ANYTHING to help him sit quietly for a while. Even when my DH can go with to the exams..he's chasing after him most of the time. I'm so glad to hear things are going well...I certainly was showing much earlier this time around. I didn't need materninty clothes until about my 7th month the first time, and this time I just shot out and was wearing them by the 4th. I do however love the perks too!

Hope you've been able to enjoy this AWESOME weather we've been having. I took DS to the zoo today....it's been so nice.

Ah the weather HAS been awesome! I took DS to the park twice this week, poor guy hates being inside. His grandma may take him to the zoo today, depending on the wind. Oh, and I'm so with you on the candy, only when I NEED a good bribe does he get some, or if DH gives him some (DS is a Daddies boy!).
