i just freaked!!!!!!!in a good way

i did a forum search on walking lunges and read many of cathes answers!!!! she talked about her new gym and when she has a raod trip...the room is large enough that we can all do them together!!!! holy crap....i am so not ready for HARDCORE or a cathe trip...i am shifting into super high gear......i mean, can u imagine standing next to cathe, doing walking lunges for 200-400 reps......yikes!!!

i also read where she runs for 3 minutes and then does 90 seconds of walking lunges and repeats this pattern for 30 minutes....to quote her.."trust me, you will feel this".....GULP!!!!! anyone else recently inspired to kick it into high gear!!??}( }(
 
Wow run then walking lunges. It sounds interesting though, I may have to try it. I have been trying to kick it into high gear and was going great in November but then the holiday rolled around and I got out of it. I am trying to get back into it again. Maybe I need to go look at the pictures that will certainly get me going : )
