Good Afternoon
Today was a 20 min run on the treadmill. I couldn't get motivated to do the HIIT, so I did the fat burner program--and I think it was harder
Gin~ I like the Troy lite barbell if you don't lift more than 40# on a barbell, otherwise you may want to look into Sports Authority or Dicks. If you can wait till after the holidays, I'm sure in Jan. they will have great sales on sports stuff (they usually do) Good job on the 1RMs. I started and never finished!! I would assume the weights are with db unless stated. Just my opinion, but I would not do more than 2 circuits a week and cardio. I would either add in a kb day or a full body workout for the 3rd weight day.
Marcy~ Glad you got your kb. The TGUs were hard for me too with 20# at first. I started with a 10#db, quickly moved to the 15#db and then to the 20# kb. I agree the 20# is light for the swings, but its good when doing a "routine" to do all the exercises with. Does that make sense?
Have fun with the cha cha lessons.
I like the smilies I got, but I don't like the thing at the bottom of the post, so I am getting rid of them.
I think I am going to order my own kb dvd today. Either The Empire state, or a Keith Webber dvd that someone on the forum recommended. I am leaning toward the keith webber one.
Have a great day!
